7. Full-color double-sided upvc profile

We produce full-color double-sided laminate upvc profile, high quality upvc profile in line with national standard with 10 year guarantee. We have 7 production bases with 20 years of extrusion experience. Exporting to more than 60 countries. All mixing and extrusion equipment come from Germany and Austria.

There are five regular colors for profile to choose from: brown, dark brown, black, dark gray, and light gray. The surface of the profile can be laminated with German brand film or Chinese brand film.

The film is available in dozens of colors.

1. Formula and quality for raw materials

Formula for Shide profiles is developed from existing formula of Europeans. The technique is mature and reliable. We only adopt renowned raw materials supplier in its industry, to guarantee the quality for every single piece of profile.

We have inbound raw materials test center, to test every batch of raw materials before bulk production.

2. Production Facility

All of our mixing equipment are German Reimelt. Extruders are German Krauss Maffei and Austrian Cincinnati. Dies are from Austrian Greiner and Chinese Tongling dies, the best in China.
