1. Formula and quality for raw materials
Formula for Shide profiles is developed from existing formula of Europeans. The technique is mature and reliable. We only adopt renowned raw materials supplier in its industry, to guarantee the quality for every single piece of profile.
We have inbound raw materials test center, to test every batch of raw materials before bulk production.
2. Production Facility
All of our mixing equipment are German Reimelt. Extruders are German Krauss Maffei and Austrian Cincinnati. Dies are from Austrian Greiner and Chinese Tongling dies, the best in China.
3.Production and quality control

In 2018, under the efforts of the Research Institute, Shide successfully developed revolutionary plank products - SPC floor, ABA floor, and other products.
